Founding-Member Reservation Terms
Effective June 26, 2026. These terms govern founding-member reservations placed at drinkspry.com.
What a reservation is
A founding-member reservation lets you pre-pay for a 6-pack or 12-pack of Spry RECOVER to (a) reserve your place in our first production run and (b) lock founding-member pricing. A reservation is not a gift card, store credit, security, or investment, and confers no equity or ownership in Spry Inc.
Payment
You are charged the full price of the pack you select at the time you reserve (6-pack $35.94; 12-pack $64.99), plus any applicable tax. Funds are held by Spry and do not earn interest.
Fully refundable
Your reservation is fully refundable at any time before your order ships. To cancel and receive a full refund, email alejandro@drinkspry.com from the address used to reserve. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Shipment timing and your refund right
We expect to ship founding-member reservations in Q4 2026. This is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed date. Consistent with the U.S. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship by the estimated date (or within 30 days of any later date we communicate), we will notify you and you may consent to the new date or cancel for a full refund. If we are ever unable to deliver the product, you will receive a full refund.
Flavors
You choose a flavor (or a mixed pack) when you reserve. Launch flavors may change before production; you may change your selection any time before your order ships, subject to availability.
Early-stage disclosure
Spry is an early-stage venture and the product is not yet available for general sale. Formulation, packaging, and timing may evolve. Your refund right above protects you throughout.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 26, 2026.
Before shipment. Cancel any founding-member reservation any time before it ships for a full refund, no questions asked. Email alejandro@drinkspry.com from your reservation email address. Refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
After shipment (at launch). If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because this is a perishable, refrigerated food product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or consumed product except where it is damaged, defective, or required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Terms of Service
Effective June 26, 2026. By using drinkspry.com or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
The company
drinkspry.com is operated by Spry Inc., a Delaware corporation (251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808) ("Spry," "we," "us").
Reservations and orders
All reservations are subject to the Founding-Member Reservation Terms above and to acceptance by us. We may limit quantities, correct errors in pricing or descriptions, and cancel a reservation with a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, except that founding-member pricing is honored as described in the Reservation Terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. Content on the site (text, logos, images, the Spry name) is owned by Spry or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
No medical claims
Spry products are foods/beverages, not drugs. Statements on the site have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional about your individual needs.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law; changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Privacy Policy

What we collect
Information you give us (name, email, shipping address, flavor selection) and information collected automatically (device and usage data, cookies). Payment-card data is collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us.
How we use it
To process and fulfill reservations, communicate with you about your reservation and launch, provide support, improve the site, and (with your consent) send marketing you can opt out of any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our business, including our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, our email/marketing tool, and shipping and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing, by emailing alejandro@drinkspry.com. California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing"; we do not sell personal information. EU/UK (GDPR): where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases are contract performance (fulfilling your reservation), consent (marketing), and legitimate interests (running and securing the site).
Retention & contact
